Book a Term or casual class in 2024

In person Term 2 classes start from Monday the 22nd of April for Smartmoves, and on the 24th of April for Pilates & Yoga.

Smartmoves class passes can be purchased in person or online, and the other classes can be booked and paid for below.

Yoga Fusion

Yoga Fusion  is open to all levels of fitness and experience in Yoga. The class will help to improve your mind body connection, ability to relax, become stronger and more flexible. Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm in the Waratah Room at the Jerrabomberra Community Centre.

Pilates Fusion

Pilates Fusion is a class designed to improve core strength, posture and alignment using the principles of Joseph Pilates and introducing short intervals of cardio to improve aerobic capacity. All levels are welcome and exercises can be modified for clients with back or joint problems. In this class, we have participants ranging from age 20 to 75! Proving once again that it isn’t about age as much as it is about challenging yourself in a welcoming and non judgemental environment. Wednesday evenings at 6.25pm in the Waratah Rooms at the Jerrabomberra Community Centre.

Smartmoves

Smartmoves is a low to moderate intensity exercise class specifically designed for people with a stable chronic condition, older adults and people who may be looking at getting back into a safe, fun class to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance and flexibility. GP referral may be needed, so please contact us for more information.

Join us on Monday mornings at 9:30 in the Lakeside Room at the Jerrabomberra Community Centre for a fun class & coffee afterwards at Jerra’s Suppeto Collective Cafe.

EkilibR is a specialized class for people aged 50+ who want to work on their strength, balance, coordination, flexibility and movement in an inclusive and fun environment. (Classes are currently on hold.)

This class received funding from NSW Health in 2019 as a part of the Staying Active Initiative.
